Return Policy

ComeSeeTv International is committed to ensuring satisfaction for all buyers who purchase our services, whether you are a broadaster or a customer. 



We offer a standard refunds and cancellation policy based on the type of service sold through ComeSeeTv International.


At any time, a buyer may visit their account at http://www.live.ComeSeeTv.com and check an order for return and cancellation eligibility. If the buyer so chooses, he may request for a refund from ComeSeeTv International, without getting any express consent from the Vendor.



ComeSeeTv International's Refund Policy:

*Once you contact us, we will endeavour to first verify your claim, attempt to resolve the issue, and then implement a no questions asked policy to refunds thereafter. 

For digital services:


  • ComeSeeTv International will, at its discretion, allow for the refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • For recurring billing products, refunds for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 30 day refund period.


For events:

  • ComeSeeTv International will, at its discretion, allow for a customer to cancel the event registration and receive a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided that the event is not less than 7 days away.
  • If an event is cancelled with no replacement from the Vendor, or if a buyer raises a serious complaint against the Vendor, ComeSeeTv International will at its discretion refund the full amount paid by the customer within 28 days of payment.

Notwithstanding the above Krystallion Incorporated will endeavour to issue refunds with immediacy within reasonably short time (usually within 1 business day). Please note that depending on the payment processor, refunds may take between five (5) to ten (10) business days to appear on client account with the payment processor or bank account. 


Defining Refunds and Cancellations:


When a customer reaches us by phone, e-mail, our first response is to assist in getting technical support or customer service for the customer for the service that they purchased. However, in some cases a service may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a refund or a cancellation may be processed.


If a customer requests a refund, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer. If the refund is for a recurring billing product, then the refund policy allows for the most recent payment to be refunded. Multiple payment refunds can be provided as long as they are within ComeSeeTv International's Refunds and Cancellation Policy. A refund on a recurring billing product will also result in a cancellation.


If buyers request a cancellation for their recurring billing product, no future rebills will be charged to their account. Cancellation will not generate a refund - it will only stop any future rebills.



Details of ComeSeeTv International's Refund Policy:


Buyers requesting a refund after the eligible period will be directed to the vendor for technical support or customer service. Vendors may request a refund, on behalf of buyers, of customer's purchase.


Refunds will only be credited back to the bank account, credit card, debit card or payment method used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed,the purchase is not eligible for refund.


If the payment was made through an ATM deposit or check, the buyer will be given an option to receive the refund through electronic bank transfer or check.


When a sale is refunded, the customer receives a 100% refund. Payouts from that sale are debited back out of the corresponding vendor and affiliate accounts.


Our vendors are not permitted to make any guarantee that conflicts with our refund policy. If you find a product sold through ComeSeeTv International with any warranty that conflicts with our refund policy, please bring it to our attention so that we can take corrective action.



Reasons Why a Sale May Be Refunded:


ComeSeeTv International has every incentive to keep buyers happy by providing quality service. To ensure customer satisfaction, ComeSeeTv International reserves the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:

  • If the customer provides a valid reason for requesting a refund within the eligible time period;
  • If the vendor of the product requests a refund on the customer's behalf, if our customer service team confirms there is a valid reason for the refund;
  • If the customer provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized;
  • In order to comply with credit card industry rules, ACH industry rules, PayPal terms of service, U.S. law, and requests from verified judiciary or law enforcement agents; or
  • For any other reason ComeSeeTv International deems appropriate.



ComeSeeTv International's Cancellation Policy:


The customer may cancel a recurring billing subscription products at any time. A cancellation means that no future rebills are charged to the customer's account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund.



Abuse of the Refund Policy:


Buyers requesting serial or repeated refunds may be blocked from making further purchases.

As a condition of registering with ComeSeeTv International and using the ComeSeeTv International Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refunds and Cancellation Policy and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained within. If at any time you disagree with this Return and Cancellation Policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease all use of the ComeSeeTv International Services and terminate your account. Please note, however, that any transactions which occurred prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Return and Cancellation Policy.
